![]() The research instruments were interview guidelines, issues for group interviews, and the field record. ![]() The target groups were personnel of higher education institutions, Myanmar scholars in Thailand, and Myanmar students. Qualitative research was used for research design which divided into 3 phases. The purposes of this article were 1) to study the guidelines for Thai-Myanmar cross-cultural learning management of higher education institutions in Thai society, and 2) to develop and propose an instructional model of Thai-Myanmar cross culture by using research-based education for higher education institutions in Thai society.
